Beautiful babies. I'm guessing the 2 dark ones look like Black gerbils. I love black gerbils and currently got 3 blacks heheheh.... You will certainly enjoy them grow up. I love watching baby gerbils grow up, already 6 litters and I still enjoy it. They will begin to have a velvet fuzz on them at day 4, by day 8 or 10 can see true colour...

   Hi, I've input a pic comparison I found on a site to try and determine my gerbs color. This is abit challenging Wat do u think? Chubbie may be a Dove or Sapphire. Cheers, Joey |

Lol yeah... I think we'll calculate the pup's colors based on "Dove" Daddy and "CP Slate" Mommy or "Black" Mommy....... Duchess mated with Chubbie after birth... her due dat should be on the 14th March or so.... So I am hopping for a bigger litter.
Also, not to leave out the other 2 gals, Saki n Snowball, both mated with Furrbie.....I am trying out a new method... so I hope they have both been impregnated by Furrbie... cos he had to mate each gal for 10 mins and one after the other... keke.....which means a total of 20mins! If it's successful, The gals's due on the 9th Feb.
We'll all see!

As requested.... here's the clearest pic I have of Duchess showing her darker black nose tip and definiately Blacker tail.  So....wat do u think? CP or no? This is no camera gimmick. Cheers ;D Joey |

Look at this pic closely.....
Duchess nose is darker even with flash. Also, her tail the first part is slightly a shade lighter (same as body) and the rest of her tail is as black as her nose......
Can she be a Color Point? or Is she just an uneven Slate? Keke
Comments pls.... esp those who have Blacks.
