Didn't you know that male gerbils should take off from female's tank before female gives birth? If males are with her, they'll breed female again and then she may get babies when those first are still in nest. Also it's hard to female to give birth 2 litters (and more) one after another. Females should have in minim 2 months (3months is better) time to regenerate after you have took of that first litter (in the age of 6 weeks).

but i didn't read any about this b4... hmmm.. i only read that only remove the male IF u don't want to breed? hehehe i only know dog should breed for every heat:

Yep Sirus... Just that u know.... Duchess didnt get preg then. Today she did have her 2nd litter of i big black pup....... Born at 10am.
