Summer went into labour about 230am I think.... luckily I haven't slept yet. Anyway, she was housed in the colony tank with 4 other males till I get an extra tank for her. Looks like she was a bit early. Anyway, she at first birth a strong healthy pup, to me maybe could be nutmeg or DEH.... but one of my males, the Nutmeg called Scruffy became weird and stole the pup from her and killed it.
Quickly took her out and found my old mini fish tanks.... put her in and she birth 2 more pups, 1 DEH or nutmeg and the other an agouti.
Both doing well, have full bellies of milk and Summer is also doing well. She is being as always, a good mom even to only 2 pups.
Her next litter would be her last litter before she retires.... Summer has been the best foundation breeder to me.... ;D
