;D after waiting for mths, its finally my turn to have gerbil pups in the hse.

i m so blessed 2 b able to catch the entire birthing process for the 1st litter! wen i woke up yesterday, i saw sesame feeling uncomfortable n having contractions ard 7:20pm!

sesame gave birth to the 1st pup at 7:29pm, 2nd pup at 7:38pm. 3rd pup at 8:00pm, 4th pup at 8:25pm, 5th pup at 8:35pm and the 6th pup at 9:06pm.

my heart sank wen the 1st 2 pups were left headless. she then popped the 3rd n fortunately the remaining 4 stayed alive.

sesame is a nutmeg while esc is an agouti. frm the pigmentation of the 4 pups, they all seemed 2 b agoutis?

sesame is a gd mum. poor ger looks so tired tending 2 the pups. after i removed the pups frm her, she actually went in2 a deep slp inside a hideout.

the pigmentation n marking has grown clearer on day 5 n it seemed 2 b 3 blacks n 1 agouti

;D time flies, the pups r 10 days old now. the colors have been cfm! all shd b boys since i cant spot any nipples. the 4 of dem r growing well taking turns goin to diff mamas, Sesame & Tam for milk.

its so hard to take pics of dem keepin still esp for the agouti! guess he oredi noe bein the odd 1 out makes a diff ;D
