Heya.
I just came home with 2 new gerbils =)
One is male dove patched and another is female argente collared. I haven't took pics yet, but be patient, I'll.
Oh, I have so much future plans with these two ^^

Yesterday 'Nara' and BB mated. I hope that it work out and soon we'll have those grey agoutis to start breeding them.
My black female, Chokuro, who has white pawns and a 'tie' so I have decided a way back, that she's going for patched/pied breeding. And that's why I have now that dove patched. If their pups are enough good to breeding, then I'll breed them with Nara and BB's pups, so that I can have grey agoutis in collared and ordinary. That's my point in whole this and my goal, that I can breed good type of grey agoutis.
Also I have that good type, good head,back and mass, female argente, Bonnie. And I thought to use that newbie with her also. And those newbies together.
Well, it takes a time to have that what you need and you need to take risks and sacrifacings, but this breeding is that all to get good types and coloured gerbils.

So much have been happened.
Nara has given birth 5 babies, which 2 died couple days later. So 3 grey agouties are now in their tank.
I also got Watta, Lol and Chokuro all together and so they live now all three together. Watta and Lol mated also today, so waiting for babies.
Kaskelotti and BB are now in interview-tank so that I can make a group of them again.
Everyting all is good now.
Nara's babies are healthy, and soon I have to give one away. She's going to another breeder here, and I'll get a polar fox from that breeder.

   These pics are little old, "babies" are now 1 month and 12 days. Danzig and Deep Purple will stay here, Dire Straits is going to that another breeder. More photos later, when I do have that new polar fox. |

Dire Straits moved to another breeder now, and I do have now that new little polar fox  Big expectations for that young lady, she has already a great body type and head, though she's only 5 weeks now. Her parent's are reeeally great polar foxes too. Watta has finally mated with Chokuro too, the day after he mated with Lol. Hope those two are now pregnant And hope all goes well. |

Sad news, Watta Fak passed way last night  I really miss him,though he wasn't that long here. I hope that her 'wifes' are pregnant, because he was so great,nice,beautiful and lots more great gerbil. Hope that pups got something from dad. Miss you deeply, Watta. |

It was my fault.. I really don't know how..it went..
Umm.. I knew that Watta escaped from even little holes. He was like houdini, he really was. He came out of tanks that no other before wasn't.
I knew that, and I tried to make that stop. I even made a wooden roof where in the middle only was a hole what was covered with ..umm.. "metal net" you mean.. And somehow he still made his way out.. with and sad end.
I cannot forgive myself, feels so bad..

Oh, did he injure himself after he escaped? I have some escape artist gerbils too but so far I am able to find them after they escape, its quite dangerous though, and I'm trying to be more careful. So sorry that you lost your gerbil
