Pregnant ? Worms ? Or Just Bloated ?

Hi all ,

Lately, since 3 days ago, Kaya's tummy seems to be bloated ... I'm very confused ... She is 3+ mths old ... To me she looks small ... I'm not sure if she's pregnant ... She could have worms in her tummy ... I don't think a pic is useful , neither do i have a digicam ... keke ... You have to carry her and feel the tummy...

If she's pregnant , then there are 2 possibilities ... She could have mated with Mazuri(mate) without me seeing it ... Or she could have mated with her brother , Leo2 , who she lived with a 3 weeks ago, which is HIGHLY unlikely ... I'm going crazy right now !!! ... If she was impregnated by her bro , then it would be inbreeding ... I'm so confused ... When i called up my cous , and told him abt it ... He told me that itcouldn't be ... hmm ... I just hope she's not preg ...

If she is having worms , then what should i do ? Should i bring her to a vet ?

If she's just too full , what should i do ?

First of all the important question: why did you have female with 2 male gerbils in same tank?!
3months old female is _not_ ready yet to be breeded.
How you can say that you should have seen the mating, you cannot watch them 24/7.
Well, my advice would be now to take the female to other tank. Take to vet, if there's a vet who know about gerbils or other small rodents.
If she hasn't any worms, she'll be pregnant.

She wasn't with 2 gerbils at one time ... She lived with her bro and another female gerbil a mth ago ... Anyway , i've checked the dates and it looks impossible that she could've mated with her bro ...

How can it look impossible to mate with her bro? If she has liven with another female and with male, she can be pregnant.
Eventhough you haven't seen them mating, it doesn't mean that they surely haven't ; D
